Royal Orchid Sheraton Riverside Hotel Bangkok

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way possible. the exclusive amenities such as the outdoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room were truly luxurious. I particularly enjoyed the live entertainment and the poolside snack bar which served delicious drinks and snacks.

The only minor issue I encountered was a longer, than, expected wait time for the buffet breakfast at the main restaurant. this was a busy period at the hotel so it's understandable.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed by the fine river views from my room and the convenience of having a pier and courtesy boats right at the hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the city and enjoying the riverside activities. The staff at the front desk and concierge were helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The included breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious Thai and Western dishes, catering to different preferences.

It is clean, appalling hotel, that has very good location and staff. Energetic personnel is that always greet us with smile and services. The restaurant is great for breakfast and reasonably priced.

The hotel is truly big, with great staff at the reception. Good food and great staff at Giorgio's Restaurant. Location next to good shopping at River City, with a covered walkway from the hotel. Close to Chinatown and offers a great view of the Chao Praya River from our room. Free ferry to Sathorn terminal for easy access to other parts of Bangkok. Public ferry wharf next to the hotel for river travel.

We had an amazing river view from our suite at the Royal Orchid Sheraton. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, great to relax and enjoy the scenery. The buffet breakfast was consistently good every morning. I would highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Bangkok.

Bacon, cheese and meats in the mornning in lobby. The hotel had a very central location and it was within walking distance of Si Phraya Pier. There was an amazing restaurant, a market and a pharmacy next door.

I had the most amazing experience at Sheraton's Feast on the river for NYE. The food was very nice and the service was really good. The view of the river topped off the night perfectly. I highly recommend this hotel.

Classy place overall, it is reasonably clean, location is pleasant down an alleyway to the South of the Sheraton Royal Orchid at Pier N3. Riverside district is a good choice and absolutely worth visiting.

The staff were extraordinary service-minded and also had a sense of humour. Everything was very good during our stay even so disappointing aspect was a bit small bathroom.

This hotel has a convenient location in front of the river with a nearby communal quay and hop on hop off stops. The rooms have great views of the river and are equipped with everything needed, including large bathrooms with good showers. The staff is described as plentiful, competent, helpful, and very nice. Guests praise the breakfast buffet and the different snacks available in the club level dining room. Other facilities, such as the gym and pool area, are also well-liked.

Some aspects of the hotel are outdated or in need of refurbishment according to some guests.

We had a fantastic stay at the Royal Orchid Hotel for our honeymoon. The staff was attentive and even decorated our room with a Happy Honeymoon cake. The location was amazing, just steps away from the pier to visit famous temples. The room itself was spacious with a comfortable bed and a stunning view of the river. The hotel provided hand sanitizer everywhere and we felt safe during our visit. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options and the pools, especially the hidden one in the garden, were great.

Located near River City mall, this hotel offers easy access to shopping. The main restaurant downstairs provides a wide range of options for breakfast. Guests have praised the spectacular view of the river from the rooms, as well as the comfortable and spacious suites. The hotel staff is known for their superb service, going above and beyond to assist guests. Additionally, the hotel offers a complementary ferry service to the grandest shopping mall, making it convenient for guests to explore the area.

There have been some concerns raised about the quality of the buffet dinner at the hotel.

Best experience for New Year's Eve! The hotel had amazing fireworks and a fine view of the city skyline. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They even gave us a complimentary upgrade to a suite with beautiful river views. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options to cater to different dietary preferences. The hotel also had a convenient location, close to major attractions and shopping centers, making it easy to explore the city.

The only downside was the slow internet in our room. this wasn't a major issue for us as we had our own data.

Well-located by Chao Phraya river with free ferry shuttle to nearby attractions. Comfortable rooms and two swimming pools. Excellent breakfast buffet with plenty of choices. Helpful and informative staff. Nice views from executive suite with lounge access.
